Welcome to Blue Track (accessible via bluetrack.co.za). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our tracking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
- Nature of Service
- Software Only: Blue Track is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. We utilize open-source Traccar technology to provide real-time location monitoring via mobile applications.
- No Recovery Services: Blue Track is strictly a tracking and safety-monitoring platform. We are not a security company, a physical recovery service, or an emergency response unit. We do not track down stolen property, vehicles, or missing persons.
- Limitation of Liability: Blue Track, its owner, and affiliates accept zero liability for any injury, loss of life, theft, property damage, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of our software, network uptime, or server host.
- Subscriptions, Billing, and Server Limits
- Packages: Services are sold as monthly recurring subscriptions via our WooCommerce platform:
- Single Plan: R59.00 / month (Hard Limit: 1 Device)
- Family / Small Team Plan: R129.00 / month (Hard Limit: Up to 5 Devices)
- Business Scale Plan: R349.00 / month (Hard Limit: Up to 15 Devices)
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely handled in South African Rands (ZAR) via PayFast. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly debits.
- Suspension: Failure to clear a recurring payment will result in the immediate automated suspension of your Traccar server access. Suspended accounts are subject to permanent data deletion after 14 days of non-payment.
- Acceptable Use and Legality
- Lawful Tracking Only: You may only install our tracking software on devices owned by you, or where you have explicit, documented legal authority to do so.
- Illegal Use: You strictly agree not to use Blue Track for unlawful stalking, harassment, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Indemnity: You indemnify Blue Track against any third-party legal claims, privacy complaints, or criminal charges arising from your unauthorized tracking of any device.
- Technical Dependencies
- Hosting: Our services are hosted on cloud servers via Elitehost. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by server host downtime, routine maintenance, mobile network failures, or device GPS malfunctions.
